Boktai 2's soundtrack was composed by Kazuki Muraoka, Masashi Watanabe, Norihiko Hibino, and Shuichi Kobori.

The second game's soundtrack hits upon an explicitly Spghetti Western-sounding theme, and leans all the way into it from the beginning. Lots of high-pitched flutes, horns, almost military-sounding drumbeats, churchbell strikes, and deep, ominous vocalizations bring a unifying theme to Boktai 2's soundtrack and story.

Boktai Sound Rare Tracks: East of the Sun & West of the Moon was a limited-release soundtrack given out with early pre-orders of Boktai DS in Japan.

It contains previously unreleased orchestral versions of title tracks and other music from all 4 Boktai games.
